Firewall/Proxy Server/Browser Specifications

  1. WONDA® features reside on IIS servers that are accessed through TCP port 80 using http through a browser.

  2. Microsoft® Internet Explorer™ version 7.0 or above

  3. The WONDA Vantage functions that use HTTP require multiple concurrent connections. Some firewall authentication software must be changed to accommodate this.
  4. Port 443 must be open if using SSL

  5. Personal firewall and filter programs such as the Windows® XP firewall, Norton™ Firewall (Internet Security), ZoneAlarm®, and Ad-Aware® may block WONDA or Vantage access to the Internet. To determine if your access is blocked by a personal firewall, try running WONDA with the firewall disabled.

Please consult the help files or the manufacturer's manual for your personal firewall software for instructions on adding WONDA to the firewall's exception list.
